1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of BillBanao Pro. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the premium features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@billbanao.org with your purchase receipt or the email address used during the Razorpay transaction. We will process your refund request within 48 to 72 business hours.
3. Cancellations
Since BillBanao Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase and not a recurring subscription, there is no need to "cancel" a subscription. Once your 7-day refund window has passed, the payment is final and non-refundable. Donations ("Buy me a Coffee") are completely voluntary and non-refundable.
4. Loss of Access
Upon processing a successful refund, your BillBanao Pro Lifetime License Key will be immediately deactivated. Access to premium templates and the ability to remove watermarks will be revoked across all devices.
