Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Final (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to premium features, BillBanao Pro subscription payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law (including Indian consumer protection law) requires otherwise, or where we are unable to provide the paid features you purchased due to our own error. Please ensure the free version meets your needs before upgrading.

2. Cancellations

BillBanao Pro is a monthly subscription (₹49/month) that auto-renews. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Razorpay dashboard. Once cancelled, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Technical Issues

If you encounter technical issues or bugs that prevent you from using the paid features you purchased, please contact our support team at contact@billbanao.org. We are committed to resolving issues promptly; if we cannot resolve a genuine, material defect within a reasonable time, we may at our discretion offer a refund or credit equal to the unused subscription period.
