BillBanao ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website billbanao.org (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

Your Invoice Data is 100% Private. We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your actual business data. Everything you type into the invoice generator (client names, addresses, line items, amounts, taxes) is processed entirely locally within your browser. We have zero visibility into your financial documents.

Information we do collect:
• If you purchase BillBanao Pro: We store your email address, Razorpay payment ID, and generated license key in our secure Cloudflare D1 database. This is strictly to deliver your license and provide recovery options. We never see your credit card details.
• Anonymous Analytics: We track basic, non-identifiable usage events (like page views or "PDF Downloaded" clicks) to help us improve the app. This data is fully anonymized.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted infrastructure partners:

• Razorpay: Handles all secure payment processing. We do not touch your financial data.
• Cloudflare: Provides our global hosting, web firewall, and secure D1 database infrastructure.
• Resend: Used exclusively to deliver your Pro license keys to your email inbox securely.

4. Cookies

BillBanao itself does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment gateway (Razorpay) may use essential cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud and process your transaction securely.

5. Data Security

Since all data processing happens locally in your browser, there is no server-side data to protect. Your invoice data exists only in your browser session and is never transmitted over the internet. PDF files are generated locally using client-side JavaScript.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
